Section 1 The service. Greenbriar provides workforce scheduling and notification software to venue clients and their personnel ("you"). Your use of the service is subject to these terms.
Section 2 Accounts. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Accounts are for your individual use.
Section 3 Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Section 4 Messaging. Text notifications are governed by the SMS Messaging Policy. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any employment or engagement.
Section 5 No warranty. The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenbriar disclaims all warranties, and its total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Section 6 Termination. We may suspend or end service access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Section 7 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
