Who we are. Greenbriar Consulting LLC ("Greenbriar," "we," "us") operates workforce scheduling and notification software for venue clients. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Information we collect. When you register for or use our services, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, employment or engagement details provided by you or your venue, and records of notifications sent to you. We do not collect information beyond what the service needs.
How we use it. We use this information solely to operate the service: delivering shift and account notifications, scheduling, and support. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Text messaging. If you opt in to text notifications, your phone number is used only to send the operational messages described in our SMS Messaging Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing. We share information only with: (1) the venue client you work with, as necessary to operate the service; (2) service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example, our text-message delivery provider); (3) authorities where the law requires it.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@greenbriarconsultingllc.com. Text-message opt-out: reply STOP to any message.
Changes. We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
